With over 20 years of coaching experience and certification through the International Coaching Federation, I bring a deep, grounded approach to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential. My 26 years of service in the military taught me the importance of structure, resilience, and leadership—and those lessons now guide my work as I help others find clarity, confidence, and purpose.

However, it was through art that I discovered a deeper path to connection and renewal makes working with me special. As an artist inspired by the beauty of nature, I use creative expression as a bridge between the inner and outer worlds—a way to bring what’s inside to light, making the invisible visible.
